Dr. Kelly Shea is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children (10+), teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism, and life transitions. Drawing on CBT, ACT, and strength-focused interventions, I have extensive experience supporting neurodiverse youth and their families.
Dr. Kris Shea is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, identity exploration, and major life transitions. His background as a Navy Psychologist has also informed his interest in working with individuals navigating systemic and structural challenges and how these intersect with personal experiences of stress, trauma, and life transitions.
In addition, we specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages. We each have specialized training and experience in providing an affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and personal growth, and we are dedicated to helping each client feel seen, supported, and empowered to live authentically.
